Have juzt binge liztened to da Joyze, Bullet, God and Andznez.
No one has really played it how I picture it. IMO Andsnes clearly wins structurally - the build to the final variations feel like a culmination and the ending feels suitably drained.
Was disappointed in da God. Aside from a few variations, I thought particularly the end woz a let down. It felt exactly the same as the start, like no journey was taken. A lot of people praise this as his best rec so I guess I’m missing something…?
Da Bullet I actually can’t even remember. Not a huge fan generully, but uzually, at least his tone is impressive. I’m struggling…
Da Joyce was actually my firzt experience of her playing. Some of it was amazingly characterful (I particularly liked how she ‘danced’ the first var) but I don’t think the climax culminated to much.
