Sight-readable repertoire for an intermediate level pianist

Since I’m aiming to play for the elderly, I’d like to improve my sightreading ability whilst expanding my perform-able repertoire. So basically instead of completely memorizing pieces, I’ll read through multiple times…familiarize myself with them, and memorize difficult/fast passages.

I’m thinking stuff like this first piece being the upper limit of what I could do with this approach-
