because of this thread I asked my teacher about them,

he went to the piano and played them… and i was like… :open_mouth:

yeah I have good dexterity, but my thumb sucks ass,

that’s why i have trouble with repeated notes (not La Campanella though because its not involving thumb), Tempest sonata (i don’t cheat like 80 percent for the tremelos), and of course op 25 no 6

my thumb is always too loud because i use way too much of it.

playing scales by accenting every 4 note does help imo. it’s a good way to get rid of the thumb accent.
