hahaha harzh! :doc:
how much wud da :dong: make?

What an incredible story. Hilarious how shameful ignorant americans are.

I guarantee that in Europe he would start a riot, and in Canada… he would at least get a modest appreciation.

In australia, they’d probably ask him to pay them money. Aussies are so ignorant :unamused:

getting more money is not as important as having ppl show their respect. bell didn’t play any junk music and wtf went wrong wif american ppl? :shrimp:

:dong: tiz double confirmz dat moi made da right decision leaving da US.

“The music stops. The same people who hadn’t noticed him playing don’t notice that he has finished. No applause, no acknowledgment.”

True it is harsh, but maybe people were bussy  ?

haha…fuck

“When it was over, Furukawa introduced herself to Bell, and tossed in a twenty. Not counting that – it was tainted by recognition – the final haul for his 43 minutes of playing was $32.17. Yes, some people gave pennies”.

Okie, tiz meanz if she didn’t toss in $20, da Bell wud end up having just $12. OMG, da US is a totally legendary country.

:dong: Sad FUCKz !!!

true … i saw a vid of it … really amazing sense of humor  this is our world. unfortunately … !!! my friend told me that at some concerts he makes 1000$ per minute  btw , do any of you know how much do the great pianists earn money per concert ? my friend who is an average concert pianist in the US gets 5000$ per concert WOW !! this is lot of money

hahaha diz icon

no, it meanz they didn’t count it, zo if they had he would’ve got $52.17

still, a bit WTF

ah…tru. my bad.

seriously, if i was there that day, i wud just toss in $10 at most.

what about u mofoz? how much u iz willing to give considering u waz there?

:dong:

50 - even if I didn’t know who he was… some mofo playing the great Bach Chaccone deserves the ultimate respect.

I wud toss in $25 happily, pozzibly more. At da very least, I wud haff stuck around even if I didn’t recognize him, to listen to da power of his playing. I wud do that for any talented ztreet musician.

Daim da SHAMING of da American public, though. It kinda makes me embarassed for mah entire country.

Phil

If I heard it, I wuld have recognised the chaconne immediately but probably not the others. I’d have stuck around though. Tipping aint as big here as in the states and I randomly a cheap mofo but still wuld’ve probably given him 20 at least.

Yeah, I heard that nobody tips in Australia… That seems strange to me, but I would imagine the concept of tipping would be strange to Australians in much the same way.

Tipping in America iz a bit sheeyat since it iz obligatory. Tha only purpoze of obligatory tipping iz to make da prices look lower den dey are.

tiz happens in Beijing also. when i waz studying highschool there, i once gave tips to a waitress in a local restaurant and she gave me wtf look plus insisting me to keep da change.

da kritty randomly got raped in vancouver when looking at da bill (GST + PST = 15% taxes)

haha…fuckkk

:dong:

Tru, when it’s all said and done, a meal in some parts of Canada = Meal + 15% tax + 10-15% tip. It’s crazy.

that’s right. when i went to classical music store in vancouver on boxing day couple years ago, da guy who operated store said everything was 15% off today. i spent $750 buying da ho, g-man and ruby discs and when da guy showed me da bill, i felt like returning da mechandise. fuckk, almost nothing happened.

$750 - 15% = $637.5

$637.5 + 14.5% (to be precise, GST + PST) = $730

da chriz was right. for instance, when u look at da menu in restaurant and u see a $10 dish. pepare to pay additional 14.5 taxes + 10% tip at least, preferably 15%.

:dong: what a great country to spend money.

iz diz a problem fo da kritty ?

juz zkip a lunch n zave 750$ 8)

b nice
