the sheets for this were actually sent out as part of the French Alkan Society, but as a subscriber to the UK Alkan Society, they kindly sent me a copy on request for free.
Maybe they’ll send out a free copy to anyone who requests… I don’t know (Francois Luguenot is who sent it).
