Not a lot detailz fo now (didn’t bring any accesories), but I vil zay dat he played da Kancerto 8), n I feel dat da Gibbonator was in full zwing wiz hiz reconstruction ov da Rhapzody in Blue (taken from a 4-hand superimpozed piano roll). Da Rippah iz alzo a bit gensui wiz hiz compozitionz; hiz zarabande wuz more den a bit moving. :blush: I iz working on a way to get diz sheeyat fo yo personal review, but tiz pozz unlykly.

He’z alzo a very grazious performah. During da prog, he’d provide colorful banter briefly dezcribin da piece wiz sum jokez. At the end, he stayed to zign CD’s and meet da audience (from da Carniggah recitals I’ve been to, I haff to catch da artizt leaving from sum side entrance). Zo I juz zaid sum sheeyat about compozition and asked for an autograph:

we should have a special section called “da SDC remembahed” in da main page collecting all da peniz autographz in honah to da SDC.

tiz sholy will be wikid and from now on, every mofo who’z planning to see a live recital by respectable mofo shud prepare da sheeyat you want them to sign in da name of da SDC.
