I haven’t heard Glitburg in this competition, but in general I like his playing.

I though Belgium was supposed to be bilingual? Why don’t they have a french version of this cobra.be website. I can’t navigate it for shit.
So frustrating!
Anyone know where we can see the archive videos for the finalists?

I use this site for the livestream and archives…cuz i can’t understand french on that other cobra site lol

<<>>

i reckon tha KENNARD vil get tha win

tiz hi tym an american gitz a win in a majah comp :ho:

ahahaha fuck iz he even american? :lib:

Cobra is from the Flemish region, dno of there’s a French alternative for it, but you can use the website w3sp posted

Yeah thanks for that w3sp, I managed to watch David Fung’s semi final recital which I quite liked.
Good idea to play a collection of scarlatti sonatas in the same key, worked rather well I thought.

Soo, we have the winners!!

Quite fair, I would say…

I’m happy for Giltburg.
I didn’t hear him in this comp but I like his playing.

I don’t agree at all. Ah well.

What were your expectations?

I just didn’t like Giltburg’s playing at all, or even the entire top 3 for that matter. Haven’t heard the other ones but I couldn’t be bothered anymore to check them afterwards.

The only pianist’s playing I really liked (of the ones I’ve heard, which weren’t that many) was Sasha Grynyuk but he didn’t make the finals.
