Yep. I haven’t found a recording that comes close to the Friedman piano roll rec. It’s just so damn good. And since rolls are ALWAYS worse than a quality recording, Friedman’s Tannhauser in concert must’ve been insane.
He even finds time to add sum stuff.
He does have some similarities to CZIFFRA at times.
