Haven’t noticed any weight loss but I think it’s helping with insulin resistance or something because I feel better and have more side effects when remember being off it. Def mitigates impact of poisoned american foods. If I stay the same weight and end up not losing toes, going blind of having my kidneys fails cuz of food popular here probably a win. Might be cheaper just to crash diet and lose bone and muscle mass tho rather than do things healthy long term with this stuffs. We’ll see how it turn out in June. Planning to crash diet then if this just makes me healthy (gay)

I miss challenging myself not to eat. This is sort of stupid way to go about it when I can dump 30 pounds in a month if that the goal.
It basically lets you eat everything you want but not want to overat it. (at least at my non abuse dosage - I think people are abusing this left and right to starve themselves easier TBF)
