Fatty decide not to track food or weight at all during whole shot thing and just gonna eat what I’m hungry while chemical does it’s thing. Pretty confident it’ll work the same without needing a lot of conscious effort.

Yeah I went to cheesecake factory with peeps after that horrible movie the other day and ate normal stuff just less of it cuz i was full a lot faster. It’s gonna work no matter wnat was what i realize then.
