Lili Boulanger

You grafters ever listen to this French female composer? I only heard about her a couple weeks back when composer Samuel Andreyev made an analysis of one of her piano pieces (link below). Her music is great, strange, very intense. Check it out if you don’t know it. She died very young. Her sister is the more well-known Nadia.

Agreed, quality music, well worth exploring.

Here’s one recording of her works for piano. I think they’re the only solo piano pieces she composed. Andreyev analysed the first one.
