Hi, i have heard dat dis book be an essential item for learnin da 88. Is there any PDFs going around on da net fo dis book?

I don’t know about essential but it is worth reading. Some of the things I didn’t agree with, like he advocates TU. The memorisation sheeyat I more or less explained on 88street. Just remember a few sheeyats and fill in the rest.
Playing by memorizing the music first is insanely hard. Gieseking makes it seem fucking easy.
I think everyone has to find their own way, so i wouldnt follow the book completely, nor would my practice be completely away from the piano, but i would definitely like to hear some of his ideas. I take it there isnt a PDF on the net?
