has symphony no.1 and isle of the dead. the 1st symph is randomly my favourite out of all of them. dont know why people dont like it much.

yea. i got the 6 CD, and had it for a while, but i have no clue who that pianist is who plays the concerti. he seemed a bit plain when i listened to him, but that was a while ago so i might listen to him again,

What about Blomstedt? I just got his Beethoven Symphonies on Brilliant - VERY nice. Same goes for his Strauss disc with Thibaudet.
I’m probably gonna buy Jansons’ Shosty Symphonies Box. It’s on for like 60 bucks right now.
