Hi, i got my first rec of faure requiem, and it sucks, not the piece, not the choir, but the conductor. well, i dunno if it sucks but i sure as hell think my choir pwned this one. conductor is herreweghe and its La Chapelle royale choir. i’d like to hear a good version of this beautiful work from the other side. i can ul this rec if anyone is interested. its from gamingforce.

Well hell… I happen to have Celibidache’s Faure Requiem. It’s pretty freaking awesome… though I really like the Herreweghe rec too.
