Some of you - who consult his concert diary - may be aware that
Marc-André will play twice at this year’s piano festival at La Roque
d´Anthéron (France) (see also: www.festival-piano.com):

1. On the 10th of August he will play Albeniz’ Iberia (complete)

2. On the 12th of August he will participate in a “Piano night”
   devoted to Liszt:

Wagner/Liszt : Liebestod, extrait de « Tristan et Isolde »
Verdi/Liszt : Paraphrase d’ « Ernani »
Liszt : Bénédiction de Dieu dans la solitude, extrait des « Harmonies
poétiques et religieuses »
Bellini/Liszt : Réminiscences de « Norma »

I’ll be attending both of these concerts. When buying a ticket I was
told, upon request, that both concerts would be broadcast live by the
radio station France Musiques. Which is great, as this is a station
that also broadcasts via digital satellite radio and thus is available
to almost all European residents.

If anyone else here will be present, I would be delighted to meet some
like-minded pianophiles.
