I’ve noticed a trend in the last few years that a lot of mofos release albums before they enter major comps.
Especially post-morona psyop, doing recs randomly more relevant than ever. Commercially viable? No.

Actually, he’d be perfect for a complete Scriabin Son disc. I know he has Sonatas 2, 3, 5 and 9 (I think??) in his rep already
I learn so much from Trif’s recs, dat slightly unfocused and non-percussive tone (for effect) is very hard to find these days.

I’d like to buy some recordings of Currentzis and Honeck, but they are outrageously expensive. And in Currentzis’ case, very stingy. It’s like $22 for a CD containing a single symphony of Beethoven. Absurd!
