Tru, I want this also. Supposedly Richter played it in one of his early concerts at age 20 or so.

I’d also be very interested in this. Now that my degree is out of the way, I’ve got plenty of time to get stuck into new things 
I think it was 16 Richter played it at, it was a private gathering or something, cant remember
he mentions playing the piece on a single piano on the Enigma vid. I’d assumed that he just transcribed it himself, but I guess he played this version.
