Haha diz piece again perfectly illustrates for me the difference between Alkan and say Schumann or Chopin.
His harmonies are inventive, tiz well-written for da 88, but…
In the end tiz quite forgettable muzic as it lacks a certain musical depth/content/inzpiration?
