Yeah I haven’t weighed myself again but had a whole can of spam and 4 eggs last night then half a gallon of chocolate milk to see what happens. Not much other than a little queasy from it. I’m experiencing fewer side effects than taking an aspirin or something. I can see why big food working so hard to kill this drug.
Pooping a littel less often tho so it really does slow down your digestion. Nothing out of normal tho and might be because I’m eating less by volume.
What weight you hitting where you stabilize again? Remember not to push it. That Bryan Johnson health guy got too thin once and it ruined his face. He’s spent years and millions trying to replace fat there but still looks like a cancer lady.

I still haven’t worked out how to get nutrition in properly with less eating. Probably hit salads and lean protein cuz I’m too lazy to cook proper.

Medal of honor is an interesting one. I watched Jorge W give one out once posthmously and George literally cried. Homie that got that award had literally jumped on a grenade to save his buddies. It was a seal in iraq
