I’m not really sure what you mean about the 2nd movement tempo. Is it slower or quicker than you’ve heard before?
Sure it’s probably slower than Yuja, but about the same, if not a notch quicker than Eckardstein.
And I thought it was fairly obvious that in the 1st movement those two places were just plain fuckups.
It was my first time playing with an orchestra.
fucking respect for this being your first piece to ever play with orch. very transparent interp and good overall control, despite some places. i envy you!

I usually say that when I mean that there’s always a clear line to follow and it makes sense what he does to the music. Even though sometimes the nerves get to him, I could still hear what his intention with the music was.
or even better: loads of notes on the score, but it doesn’t always sound like that when it’s a good thing
sounds more like an “intelligible interp” than a “transparent interp”. “transparent” sounds to me like a non-interp; or that there is no interp. Hooray brendel and mutter.

i meant the second mvnt tempo because it is slower that average compettion-pianist you listen more clearly whats going on with the orchestra, otherwise is just a bunch of notes following the piano.
the second place doesnt sound like Fuckup at all it is just like you would have played the first note of a determined gesture one octave lower… anyway doesnt matter
