Haha, MAH actually has one of my favourite D.960s (from early in his career). So, there, it’s been done, now he doesn’t have to play it anymore.
Schiff is wide open here. I nominate him for the Prokofiev Toccata and the Rossini Caprice. Also GS in Apparition 2, Libetta in LvB sonatas (I’ve even heard that one!), Raekallio in the Ravel Sonatine, current Lupu in the Paganini studies.
I can also think of numerous existing recordings. >:] But I won’t since I’m bound to offend someone.
