How do you specify a folder to share in a bit torrent client

Does anyone here use a bit torrent client and know how to specify a certain folder you want to share? I downloaded BitComet and don’t know how to choose “My Documents” as my folder to share.

Or how about someone who’s willing to host a 386 MB file for me? (piano tutorial)
