Did I say the Casio CTK-593 sounds more like a toy. Sheesh, I told myself I wouldn’t buy another Yamaha because I ruined 5 keys when I was cleaning the keys. Maybe I rubbed too hard. Anyway, now I have a keyboard that doesn’t sound as good as the Yamaha I had before. They were both cheap models. I actually got a full refund at Sears for the Yamaha. That’s a good thing about Sears. You can turn stuff in several months later and say it was defective. It’s a good thing I had all the packaging. Heh. 
I kind of practiced like a maniac the other day but then I shoveled snow like a maniac. Some guy decided to block the driveway with snow so I decided to show him what I thought of that. I’m just a tenant but it doesn’t matter. That guy is demented or something.
Hey, I saw a 60 minutes documentary thing on Lang Lang. I thought that name was a fraud because it’s the same name twice but I guess I was wrong. It’s sort of like Redford Redford or Spears Spears. Man! His parents brainwashed him with piano so he became a piano robot. LOL, he said he never felt the pressure from his parents because he was always winning competitions. I"m surprised how many years and how much sacrifice it takes.
What does it take to teach these “very practiced” pianists anyway? Does it take someone better than they are or someone just very good at teaching?
