Anyone familiar with this fantastic British pianis? He’s stil youngest ever winner of Rubinstein competition (19 years old) but I guess he established himself more as chamber musician. I’ve listened him many times here in Zagreb where he is regular guest at Zagreb International Chamber Music Festival. This evening he played at the opening concert and it was amazing! Chopin Polonaise op. 3, Mendelssohn Trio no. 1, Elegy for violin & piano by Croatian composer Dora Pejacevic and Schumann Piano Quartet. I’m now definitely sure that he’s one of my favorite chamber music players. I’m really impressed!
If somebody has any recording I would appreciate (today I didn’t make a bootleg…)
