firzt, a recap of da DOC DIZZAHz commentz:
“I guarantee you he will never record the Liszt B Minor Sonata or the 6th Rhapsody because limitations of the human nervous system simply won’t allow octaves, especially left-hand octaves, to be played faster than Argerich plays them on her DG recording.”
n now da INSANE MOFO cummah set thingz straight:
his remarks about the limitations of the human nervous system are not only medically inaccurate but factually wrong, since Vladimir Horowitz, in his 1947 RCA recording of Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody nº 6, plays the octaves - both the right and left hand ones - faster than Martha Argerich (just time the versions if you don’t believe me).
