I spent all morning with the WG PTX-10 and CB S STR-100 test records trying to find out the laser curve again. I think the issue is it is an intermediary out not full raw constant amplitude / velocity sheeyat.
Just going on tests I correct it using -16db tilt all pass at 1khz then a -12db tilt shelf 0 point at 500.5 and only below that selected to be EQs in the spectro. That gives me perfect response to RIAA samples I took with a conventional preamp physical setup.

Final was all pass tilt zeroed at 2122hz with -12db slope and after that -12db slope with zero at 500.5 - only selecting region below 500.5 so it acts like a sharp low pass shelf.
