Listening to actual piano concerts a bunch really helped anchor my EQ fine tuning after curve correction. This sound more like a piano?

That’s the best I’ve heard dis legendaire rec zound. da SOLO was not averse to reinforcing basses n other small tasteful additions. i think he wuz one of the last to do such things before they became frowned upon.

Harpsicords sound awful but the overtones and decay go all the way up the freqency band in more predictable way than piano. I could track exactly where the mic resonances were and where the cut off was.
Damn probably gonna redo petri which was from the same year with colombia with the new insights.
