How old are you, and how long have you been playing/what age did you start at?
I’m 18, and I started 2 and a half years ago, 3 months after I turned 16.

i iz 111 , have started when i i wuz 11 , but haff not played seriously till 58 , randomly when i wuz 39 i played lot of romantic etudes… fuck but still i remember the times when i was 25 … these were etudez …
then when i wuz 73 i made my debut wif an orchestra ?! yet i iz somehow scheduled to play wif an orchestra when i am 491 thiz year

I’m 20 and I started taking lessons with 17. The future is rather unclear, but I dropped out of journalism school either way 
18, started playing when I was 8, but hated it. My interest only came when I was about 15/16, and I only really started playing since then… In those 7 years I only played like 10 mins a week before each lesson, I sucked hardcore 
hmm, the average age for interest seems to be around 15/16. It’s nice to see i’m not the only one.
I did actually take lessons when I was 8 aswell, but I gave up after a year or so, and only touched the piano like twice yearly until I really got into it because of a teacher at school around the time I turned 16.
