Re the passage at 19.00: without getting the score out, it sounds like interlocking chromatic tritones? I’ve had that passage in two separate paraphrases, and it is a bit uncomfortable. I found raising the lh wrist, or in an emergency omitting the odd (single) lh note helped a lot.
