Every 78rpm rec and Vinyl of VH has been reissued, even the withdrawn 1949 Chopin Ballade 4 (now on Naxos).
There’s a Russian version of this here (with language toggle top right). Pianopera showed me this one. I think we’ve raided most of it 
Yeah that’s a great site, though the quality of the transfers vary from very good to acceptable to totally unusable…
