Vitalij Margulis RIP

I have read in a newspaper that Vitalij Margulis has died. I have only recently begun to listen to some of his (very few, I think) recordings. From the few recordings I have listened to, I’d say he is one of the underappreciated greats. RIP.

Listened to some of his Chopin on youtube, it is rather quirky. What do you recommend?

Especially his Scriabin. His Beethoven is at least interesting, also a CD of excerpts from Bach WTC.

Just relistening to the Bach. I liked it more the first time. I guess he is at his best in Scriabin really.
