My dad apparently read somewhere that in some pianomag these pianos got 5 stars, which is more than Yamaha grands got.
I’ve actually never heard of this brand. I’m looking for a grand to buy (about 20% of the hammers, strings or keys are broken on my upright, and the repairman refuses to work on it anymore). So I need something that can withstand quite a lot.

ya I’m real sceptical of any ratings given in piano mags, for me they have near zero credibility. you’re best bet is to play on yourself and get a technician to check it out.
Aren’t these the piano’s that are made in the Kawai factory and intonated in Austria?

I played on that pianos, and for me, Wendl is not good instrument.
Mechanism is quite bad, and tone is also for discuss.
I advise in that price rang - Samick, it’s better piano than Wendl and company.
Has anybody here played Stuart & Sons pianos? I think they’re really good.
