Pogorelich is a very talented pianist, the reason he sometimes plays very strange isnt because he cant play good, but becuase he wants to give something new to the pieces.

For some reason though, I haven’t been nearly as impressed with Janiz’ solo recordings az with hiz concerti.
Check out his Mercury stuff: Beethoven Tempest, Schumann Op. 14, Pictures, etc., really terrific playing.
